What to expect from Bambu Lab TPU

TPU comes in shore hardness grades (85A–95A most common). Softer TPU is harder to print, especially on Bowden machines. Brand matters less than shore rating and how slowly you’re willing to print.

🔎 Speed is everything with TPU — push it and the filament buckles instead of feeding. A direct-drive extruder transforms the experience; on a Bowden setup you’re limited to a crawl.
