What to expect from SUNLU PLA+
"PLA+" is a marketing name, not a standard, so eSUN PLA+, SUNLU PLA+ and Polymaker PolyTerra all behave a little differently. Most want 5–15°C more than basic PLA to reach full layer strength. Treat the number on the box as a midpoint and tune from there.
🔎 The point of PLA+ is toughness: it flexes a little before it breaks instead of snapping like brittle PLA, which makes it a better pick for brackets, clips and functional prints that still don’t need heat resistance.
