What to expect from Hatchbox Wood PLA

Wood-fill PLA is 10–40% wood fibre in a PLA base, so brands differ in fibre load and smell. Higher fibre content looks more like real wood but clogs small nozzles faster.

🔎 The wood particles jam 0.4 mm nozzles over long prints — a 0.5–0.6 mm nozzle is the single biggest reliability upgrade. Printing slightly cooler also brings out darker "grain" lines.
