Symptom: Corners lift or layers split as the part cools.
Most likely causes
- Open or unstable chamber
- Cold drafts
- Insufficient bed adhesion
- Part cooling too high
Test in this order
- Use an enclosure and pre-warm it before starting.
- Clean the plate and add a brim for large footprints.
- Keep part cooling off or low unless bridges require it.
- Reduce sharp corners with mouse ears or change orientation.
Stop changing multiple settings at once. Note the model, filament condition and room conditions, then change one variable and compare the same test print.
