These are tuned starting settings for printing Polycarbonate on the Creality Ender 3 V2. The Creality Ender 3 V2 has a Bowden extruder with a PTFE-lined hotend, so we set the hotend to 240°C and the bed to 100°C. Polycarbonate is one of the strongest filaments but needs high temps and an all-metal hotend.

⚠️ Polycarbonate likes up to 300°C, but the Creality Ender 3 V2's PTFE-lined hotend caps it near 240°C — going hotter degrades the PTFE tube and releases fumes.
